Terms & Conditions — ba89 Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "ba89" refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at ba89.io, including its website, mobile applications, and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the ba89 website, mobile app, and any interface through which ba89 services are delivered to players.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers for, or uses, an account on the ba89 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account held by a Player on the ba89 platform, used to access gaming services and manage funds.
• "Funds" refers to any amount of Bangladeshi Taka (৳) deposited into or held within a Player's ba89 account balance.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any sporting bet, casino game stake, or other financial commitment placed through the ba89 platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by ba89 under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification procedures that ba89 may require a Player to complete at any time.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" refers to UTC+6, the time zone applied to all time-sensitive matters on the ba89 platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Use of the ba89 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied before an account may be registered or used:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ba89 strictly prohibits account registration or use by any person under the age of 21. This requirement applies regardless of the jurisdiction in which the Player is located.
• You must be accessing the ba89 platform as an individual, acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of a ba89 employee, contractor, or associated entity.
• You must not have a previously suspended or terminated ba89 account. Players whose accounts have been closed for breach of these Terms are permanently ineligible to re-register.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on ba89. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded may not register a new account during their exclusion period.

ba89 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in the suspension of the Player's account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of ba89 services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, a Player must register a valid account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Each Player is permitted to hold one account only. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ba89 may request verification of any detail provided at registration at any time.
• Players must provide a valid email address and mobile number that they personally own and control. ba89 uses these contact details to deliver important account notifications, verification codes, and security alerts.
• Players must create a strong, unique password for their ba89 account. Passwords must not be shared with any other person.
• By completing the registration process, the Player confirms that all information submitted is truthful and that the Player meets all eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

ba89 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not create any contractual obligation on ba89 to maintain the account indefinitely where a breach of these Terms is subsequently discovered.

4 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their ba89 account credentials. The following obligations apply:

• You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not disclose them to any third party under any circumstances.
• You must log out of your ba89 account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• You must notify ba89 support immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account.
• ba89 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
• ba89 may, at its sole discretion, require additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal or high-value transaction as a security measure.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS is available to all ba89 account holders and is strongly recommended. Enabling 2FA adds a critical additional layer of protection to your account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

ba89 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the ba89 platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. ba89 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time by updating these Terms.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. ba89 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering practices.
• ba89 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting proof of identity, proof of address, and evidence of the source of deposited funds.
• Players must have fully completed any applicable bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed.
• ba89 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, Players should be aware that their own mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply separate charges in accordance with their own fee schedules.
• Deposits credited to a ba89 account in error must be reported to support immediately. ba89 reserves the right to recover any erroneously credited funds from a Player's account balance.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ba89 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion and to the general conditions stated here:

• Bonuses are offered at ba89's sole discretion. ba89 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times, whether through multiple accounts or by exploiting technical errors, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which are set out in the specific terms of each promotion. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn.
• ba89 reserves the right to void any bet funded wholly or partially by bonus funds where ba89 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed with the intention of circumventing bonus wagering requirements, rather than for genuine entertainment purposes.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in each promotion's terms. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds that have passed their expiry date will be removed from the Player's account without compensation.
• Seasonal promotions tied to the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and other events are governed by the specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

7 Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the ba89 platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ba89 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have already been placed and confirmed by the system, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• ba89 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been incorrectly priced due to a manifest error. Players will be notified of any such voided bets and the stake will be returned to their account balance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, the official result as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) or, in the case of casino games, the certified game log, shall be final and binding.
• ba89 may impose bet limits on individual accounts at its sole discretion. Such limits may be applied without prior notice where ba89 has identified patterns of behaviour that ba89 considers inconsistent with recreational gambling.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event (late bets) may be voided by ba89 if the Platform determines that the outcome was known or highly predictable at the time the bet was accepted.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ba89 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account on the ba89 platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point requested by ba89.
• Allowing or facilitating any third party to access or use your ba89 account.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the ba89 platform in a way not explicitly permitted by ba89.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of fraud that compromises the integrity of sporting events or casino games offered on the ba89 platform.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the ba89 platform to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using ba89 funds or transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ba89 staff, support agents, or other Players via any communication channel.
• Using the ba89 platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate, selling betting tips using ba89 accounts, or reselling access to ba89 services.

9 Responsible Gaming

ba89 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing Players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gaming activity. ba89 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy across all services.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players directly within their ba89 account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to cap the total amount deposited within a given period.

10 Intellectual Property

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ba89 platform solely for personal, recreational, non-commercial purposes.
• Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any ba89 content without the prior written consent of ba89.
• The ba89 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are the trademarks of ba89. Unauthorised use of ba89 trademarks in any context is strictly prohibited.
• Game titles, graphics, and mechanics provided by third-party studios (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the ba89 platform does not transfer any rights to Players.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ba89 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from a Player's use of, or inability to use, the ba89 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the ba89 platform or any service offered through it, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information, odds, or game outcomes displayed on the ba89 platform where such information is subject to a manifest error.
• Any loss arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, internet or network outages, or any other event outside ba89's reasonable control.
• Any financial loss arising from the Player's own decisions regarding deposits, bets, withdrawals, or other transactions on the ba89 platform.

The ba89 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ba89 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the platform.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

ba89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• ba89 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• The Player has failed to complete required KYC identity or age verification within the timeframe requested by ba89.
• ba89 is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, court order, or directive from a competent authority.
• The Player's account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. ba89 will attempt to notify the Player at their registered email address before closing an inactive account.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, ba89 reserves the right to forfeit any funds held within the account. Where an account is closed at ba89's discretion for reasons other than a confirmed breach, any unencumbered real-money balance held at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ba89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ba89 will take reasonable steps to notify Players — which may include displaying a prominent notice on the ba89 platform or sending a notification to the Player's registered email address.

Continued use of the ba89 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree with any amendment, they should cease using the ba89 platform and may request account closure by contacting ba89 support.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the ba89 platform.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between the Player and ba89 through the ba89 support and complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by ba89's governing framework.

ba89 operates with a commitment to fair play and player protection. Players are encouraged to raise any concerns directly with the ba89 support team in the first instance, as the majority of disputes can be resolved promptly through direct communication.
